ICECCE
International Conference on Electrical, Communication and Computer Engineering. Held in Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai, with peer-reviewed proceedings for each edition.
Discuss · Plan · Execute
Technology Fist builds and operates the Article Management System (AMS), a cloud platform that runs conferences and journals end to end. On the publishing plan, one annual subscription carries a venue from the call for papers to citable, DOI-registered publication.
Written for chairs, editors, reviewers and the authors who submit to them
What we do
We write the software and we run conferences on it. Features arrive because a chair or an editor here needed them during a live review round, and every event we host sits on the same publishing backbone we sell.
From the first call for papers to a citable article with a DOI, the same team designs the workflow, runs the review and keeps the published record online.
How the platform worksInternational conferences run end to end, from the call for papers to the on-site programme and the proceedings volume.
Peer-reviewed journals and proceedings with DOIs, citation exports, ORCID and long-term availability.
The AMS platform and its Publishing Module. We build and run one product for scholarly publishing, and nothing else.
The AMS platform
Submission and review, publication and identity, all on one shared record so nothing is re-keyed and nothing is lost between steps.
Authors submit, chairs assign reviewers, and every revision round is tracked with the reviewer's notes and the author's response held together.
A checklist-gated production line: metadata, copyright and payment verified before a DOI is reserved, the PDF is fixed with a checksum, and the article page goes live.
One researcher identity across every venue, with a member ID, profile and service record that follows the author everywhere.
Share work early, moderated and posted with its own DOI and a clear not-yet-peer-reviewed label.
Chairs, reviewers, authors and organisers each land on the tasks waiting for them, so a decision does not sit unnoticed in an inbox.
Four modules sit outside the plans and are enabled per venue on request: a platform-wide reviewer network, portable peer review between venues, indexing readiness reports, and delegate registration with verifiable certificates.

Technology Fist owns and runs the platform. An independent academic board and a panel of subject specialists hold our publishing to recognised scholarly ethics. Both are seated and named.
Policies aligned with COPE cover authorship, plagiarism, peer review, conflicts of interest, and corrections or retractions.
A published Publishing Rule Book and Conference Organizer Handbook set the same standards for every venue, in writing.
An independent Academic Advisory Board of senior scholars, with subject specialists from faculty and industry. Seated and named — nobody appears until they have accepted in writing.
Each series returns annually, and every edition feeds the same permanent, citable proceedings.
International Conference on Electrical, Communication and Computer Engineering. Held in Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai, with peer-reviewed proceedings for each edition.
International Conference on Emerging Engineering and Technology. Our longest-running series, convened across Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
International Conference on Innovation, Intelligence and Computing Engineering, hosted in Dubai.
Global academic collaborators
Our conferences and journals draw chairs, reviewers and authors from universities, research institutes and industry in a number of countries. The Federation gives each of them one identity that travels with their work.
Institutions join us as collaborators, technical co-sponsors or programme committees. Tell us which, and your name appears where it belongs on the venue and in the published record.
