DELIVERY POLICY

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you under the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services. Contract terms will determine if full, partial, or no refund is due to you should the contract be cancelled before delivery of services as well as how the contract may be cancelled. REFUND POLICY

FOR AUTHORS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your registration, you can withdraw your paper within 7 days for a full refund, within 90 days from the registration date, we will fully refund the cost of your registration. A refund of the registration fee will not be applicable once the conference has been conducted/concluded. A refund of the registration fee will not be applicable if an author failed to fulfil conference policies and standards as per the conference acceptance agreement.

FOR CONFERENCE ORGANIZERS: It is of high importance to read our refund policy to the end before you purchase any of our services. “Technology Fist” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased any digital product(s)/service(s) from Technology Fist and are unhappy with the product/service received/accomplished, our team will do the required amendments to your product/accomplished service according to the terms of service/contract. But unfortunately, you will not be eligible for any refund after we deliver the product/service. The Product/service items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase/contract. These include but are not limited to :

• Strategic planning of conference scope, location, and dates • Website hosting, development, and maintenance matters • CFP designing, publicity via emails & social media • Certificate designing and distribution • Paper submission portal management • Other portals management • Support in review and scrutiny process of papers • Correspondence with authors, invitation letters and invoices, preparation & distribution• Technical support to conference organizers for publication and indexing matters • Conference program preparation and management • Technical support to conference organizers for post-conference publication and indexing matters • Proceedings preparation as per indexing requirements • Technical support to conference organizers in handling and management of portals. • Support in the arrangement of professional online meetings/conferences platform and team, laptops, software and tools, other required technical equipment, backup systems etc. (in case of the virtual event) • Exhibition and sponsors management • Facilitation in finance management (i.e. collection of funds from authors, invoices handing and manage financial expenditures & payment liabilities)• Virtual event arrangement matters.
